Once we chose one of the options to replace, Tiger and the 2 gentleman with him were out here to install our new HVAC system in no time. The guys worked hard in the 95 degree house, got the old system out that was toast and installed the new system that is well fan-freakin-tastic! It was great working with Dawn at True Temp to get the correct unit picked out! We had some considerations that made the purchase less straight forward and Dawn had the needed answers and asked all the right questions to make sure we had the right system for our house. The techs arrived on time, were friendly, and clean about their work. They explained things well and were quick about their work. Hi all just wanted to give a shout-out and share my AWESOME experience with Dawn & TruTemp heating and cooling recently. Just had a gas conversion completed by them in walker farms and wow what a great locally owned company they are. For a start... they beat any competitions price by a mile for our new gas furnace,new AC unit and a new gas water heater. Took them only 2 days to do the work and there was a LOT of work to do and the guys installing were very cool, answered all my questions I had and gave me some good advice on ownership of the appliances regards to maintenance. The heat is SO much better than the heat pump and the bills will be ridiculously lower come the real cold temps. You know it’s so hard to find good companies you can trust and luckily for us we have a good heating and cooling company in whitestown. Also there are multiple rebates to receive which Dawn takes care of for you so you don’t have any stress getting them.
